They couldn't help me because of the way our contract was structured, but we called customer service (CS) and said what the store told us was all wrong. The store told us that we could get a deal with getting a contract on the phone and CS told us they don't do that anymore. No clue why there is such misinformation from this store. We ended up order a phone through sprint online.
