A very nice lady that worked there removed two links for me to make it smaller. It fit perfectly after that! Not to mention, she did this for free and then they cleaned my ring. The bracelet looked beautiful on my wedding day and my ring was sparkling and shiny! Great customer service here and I would definitely go back for any of my jewelry needs.
